This is a Butternut Squash!
Full of these to plant next year at the allotment!
Then I can make this to add to other dishes, like soup!
This all came about while getting my seed order readyfor the allotment next year!

BeantwoordenVerwijderenButternut pumpkins are very popular here and they've become one of my staples now as well. In winter, I make pumpkin soup from them, I sometimes put them in roasted vegetable dishes and throughout the rest of the year I roast little squares and put them through salads. Wonderful! Good combination with feta, too.
