Happy Easter and Happy Double Anniversary! Have fun with your new mini-muffin tin. I just made mini-muffins myself yesterday for an Easter brunch I'd organised with some friends at our place. They're so easy to make and you don't feel so guilty popping a bite-sized muffin (or two, or there) in your mouth! :-)
