Now there is Speculoos, a speculaas cookie flavoured spread. Spreadable fudge! Just imagine what delicious things you could create using this product! Chocolate cake topping, between two cookies, on ice cream......Don't judge the Dutch on their sweet toppings. Who remembers Kraft's Marshmallow in a jar? Is it still out there?

My Dad is a big, big fan of speculaas. When I was little he was always making his sandwiches with "speculaasjes"(the real cookies) to take to work.And he was upsad at the end of the month december because it was a special season cookie. So now there is speculaas all year round an speculaas in a jar. He is one happy camper....
