The Morpho Butterfly doesn't like nectar from flowersbut prefers to feed on the juice from rotting fruit.
When it is flying you see the bright blue wings.They are very energetic. Very hard to get on film!
When resting, you see only the brown eyed side.
This damaged butterfly gives you an idea of the colour!
