Saute one chopped onion in a pan. Add about 150 gr. julliened carrots and cook another 2 min. Stir in 1 spoonful tomato paste. Add 1 jar=52o ml Indian Curry sauce(this is a ready made sauce and not a concentrated curry paste!) 1 veg stock cube, 100 ml orange juice(or not) and 500 ml water. Bring to the boil and boil 2 minutes. Add one can=800 gr drained marrowfat peas(kapucijners in Dutch!) and warm through. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve and garnish with feta cheese and fresh corriander.
